  • Entering the Elder’s Wisdom Lodge (World Wisdom Series #5)

Brooke will share information from an indigenous EarthKeeper perspective about entering the honored wisdom time of the elder. At this stage, men and women step into their natural state as medicine helpers ~ elders who carry the responsibility for the whole circle of Life, not just those immediately around them.

  • Awakening the Sage Within – Online

Today, most people approaching elderhood can expect to live another 20-30 years. How do you want to live those years? Sage-ing (also known as Spiritual Eldering or Conscious Aging) is a model for engaging the elder years more deliberately, joyfully, and compassionately.

  • Joyful Aging Through Black History

This session brings Black History Month to life through engaging stories of Black and global majority leaders who can enrich how we understand aging and the importance of social justice engagement as we age.

  • Sacred Patterns: Exploring Indian Wisdom Through Geometry

An experiential journey into the sacred symbols of Indian tradition — from temple architecture to the chakra system — offering insight into the deeper patterns that shape inner and outer life. Includes guided meditation and the drawing of a sacred geometric form.

  • Sage-ing Second Half of Life Book Discussion Series

In the last 10-15 years, many amazing books have been written about living in this brand-new life stage we call elderhood. In February 2025, Karen West began facilitating the ongoing “Sage-ing the Second Half of Life - Book Discussion Group” with the purpose of reading some of these books in community. Now Karen hopes to add new members....hopefully you will be one of them!

  • Virtual Gathering – Session 4: Home as a Crucible

Home as a Crucible is a metaphor for the influences that have been brought to bear on us and that have been accepted as a way of being. One task of conscious aging is the exploration of these behaviors to determine which are still meaningful to who we are today.

  • Our Physical Selves

In this interactive four-week workshop, we’ll compassionately reflect on our relationships with our physical selves. To deepen our exploration, sessions will include poetry, meditation, journaling, breakout room sharing and larger group discussion. Each session builds upon the one before.

  • Grateful Sage-ing: The Wisdom Gained from a Grateful Perspective

As we navigate the transitions in life— losses, surprises, slowing down and opening up—how do we continue to maintain a sense of meaning, purpose, and spiritual vitality? This workshop explores how the practice of living gratefully can be essential to aging.

  • A Gathering of Love, Reflection, and Action

So much around us seems to be shifting as our world feels uncertain, divided, and aching for healing. The challenges we face are the very conditions that call our hearts, minds, and spirits forth to respond with our best selves. This is our opportunity to bring clarity where there is confusion, courage where there is fear, and hope where there is despair.

Whether you do your eldering work alone or in socialized settings at workshops and meditation retreats, or through solo meditation and journal writing, remember that the work of integrating body, mind, and soul requires time and commitment…you can begin shaping your life into a noble masterpiece.”
