Marketing CSL Sage-ing Events on the SI Website

One of the goals of Sage-ing® International is to support and create more opportunities for Certified Sage-ing Leaders (CSLs).  CSLs are now able to market their sage-ing programs on the SI website at no cost.  The process for having an event posted on the website for 2 ½ – 3 months prior to the start date includes the following steps:

Step I:  Acceptance Process

  1. The content of the workshop, series, or webinar must be directly related to the sage-ing message.
  2. The CSL will send a written proposal to the Education Coordinator 4 1/2 months or more before the start date (if the event is to be on the website for 3 months).
  3. The proposal will include:
    1. CSL’s name and contact information,
    2. Type of event (workshop, series, webinar),
    3. Date of the event, title, short description, and
    4. A brief explanation of how it connects with the sage-ing message.
  4. The Education Coordinator will respond within 2 weeks regarding whether or not the program meets the qualifications.

Step 2:   After Your Event is Accepted…

  1. After the event is accepted and 4 months before the start date, the CSL will send the information for the website to the Education Coordinator. This information will include:
    1. CSL’s name, email, and a website link if available,
    2. Type of event,
    3. Date of the event,
    4. Title and 3-4 sentence description for the website, and
    5. Participant fee.
  2. The Education Coordinator will submit the event information to the Sage-ing Administrator who will post the event in the designated section of the SI website and remove the event after it is held.
  3. SI will not be held responsible for workshop/webinar content or delivery, copyrighted material, physical liability or damages of any kind.
  4. There will not be a flyer on the website for the event. Participants will be invited to click on the CSL’s email or website link for questions and to register.
  5. The CSL will be responsible for:
    1. Flyer
    2. Registration fee and participant correspondence including confirmation and follow-up
    3. Any technical (ZOOM) needs
  6. SI will provide a pre/post survey and an evaluation to be administered by the CSL for

each event.

  1. Surveys and evaluations will be returned to the Education Coordinator to help SI determine the impact of the workshop/webinar and capture participants’ feedback and concerns.

Note:  The Survey is not ready yet and will be sent to you when it is available.

Logo Guidelines for Sage-ing® International Branding

Primary logo design – the default logo for use in Sage-ing® International marketing materials.

Banner (Long) logo design – For headings and applications that require a horizontal linear placement.

Square design – For applications that require an icon for social media, signature, and other space restrictive applications

Icon/Avatar – Symbol to use for embellishment when using the full logo within the same document.

CHI Breaks

These videos have been created by Brenda Lyons M.A., CSL for use in CSL Sage-ing workshops – whether by ZOOM or face to face.
