- Attend a faith based service. For many, it helps you feel more grounded and connected to a higher power.
- Move! Walk, exercise, take a class. Movement is medicine for the soul. And its good for then body too.
- Dedicate more time and energy to your hobbies. It will help you focus on the things that bring you joy and help you find your smile.
- Listen to music. Music has a way of transporting us to a different place.
- Meditate. Breathe. Pray. There is so much power in these 3 simple things. They help you tune inward and discover who you are.
- Know and believe that we all have the power to change the world. We just need to remember what we see one the outside doesn´t reflective on what is going on within. To change the world, it always starts with you.
