Sage-ing® International is recognized globally for helping elders embrace their role as leaders, sharing wisdom and spirit essential for empowering individuals and communities through turbulent times to create a better world for, and with all generations.
Sage-ing is a way of living the second half of our lives that is joyful, fulfilling, and beneficial.
Sage-ing means living our later years creatively and with purpose; it means harvesting the accumulated wisdom of our years and sharing it with all generations.
Sage-ing means enriching the lives of others as we expand and inform our own. Sage-ing can empower you to add more years to your life and more life to your years!
Sage-ing International is a community of elders around the globe whose mission is to create a world that respects and honors elders, helping them grow into the role of sage or a wise elder.

Vision
Sage-ing International transforms the second half of life into a new and dynamic way of growing older –Sage-ing– a time filled with grace, wisdom, resilience, and purpose. We create a better world for current and future generations.
Mission
Sage-ing International redefines aging as a vibrant time of life. Through educational programs, service, and community, we chart a path that helps to turn a lifetime of experience into spiritual growth and wisdom for this new chapter of life.
How We Realize Our Vision and Mission
Learning: We offer the opportunity to experience the journey of conscious aging through workshops, conferences, webinars, and publications. The Sage-ing Leader Certification Program creates a network of Sage-ing Leaders throughout the world to share the Sage-ing philosophy and approach.
Service: We embody the Qualities of a Sage. We support elders in doing their own spiritual work to serve their families, their communities, and the planet. We encourage and invite volunteer service to Sage-ing International.
Community: We provide opportunities for individuals on their Sage-ing journeys to share and connect with others. We build community, both in-person and online, through workshops and webinars, wisdom circles, intergenerational relationships, volunteer projects, and partnering and collaborating with organizations that share our vision.
