Al (MA, MDiv) is an active spiritual/vocational director and grandfather, retired from a dual career as a pastor (progressive Lutheran orientation) and career-vocational counselor. He is an experienced practitioner and trainer in interfaith spiritual direction, counseling, technology, genealogy, and conscious eldering. He currently serves Sage-ing International both as lead facilitator for honoring ancestors (genealogy), and as a curriculum and video editor. He has lived, worked, and studied on both coasts of the USA and in Germany, and is currently based with his family in the central Ohio heartland. Al is available for online consultations with individuals on vocation and spiritual growth, and as a facilitator or co-facilitator for Sage-ing events online and in the Midwest.
