Education Team

The Education Team ensures that Sage-ing International provides quality and affordable educational programs to members, Certified Sage-ing Leaders (CSLs), and the public on subjects related to conscious aging.  The team strives to do this through

• Supporting SI’s Program Coordinator in the development, planning, and scheduling of educational programs for members, CSLs, and the public.
• Supporting SI’s Certification Program Coordinator in guiding intern CSLs through the certification process.
• Supporting CSLs beyond their certification by offering the For CSLs and By CSLs series and other offerings throughout the year, such as the annual webinar update of opportunities for service and involvement with SI.
• Supporting SI’s Curriculum Team in updating and maintaining an up to date Curriculum Resource Guide.
• Advancing the Inclusiveness Initiative that welcomes diversity in SI membership and programs especially through the Multicultural Voices Collection and the World Wisdom Perspectives and Cultural Traditions series, and general resources.
• Encouraging the expansion of Sage-ing expression in the areas of art, writing, and music.
• Guiding policy decisions about educational programs’ tuition, fees, scholarships, and discounts.
