Annabe Tredoux

CSL
South Africa
Annabe is a pharmacist turned Master Certified Coach (ICF-MCC) with postgraduate qualifications in Psychology and Futures Studies, as well as specialized training in somatic coaching, trauma-informed mindfulness, and team coaching. She is also a CSL. With decades of experience, Annabe has dedicated her career to guiding individuals through life's most meaningful transitions, a role she continues to embrace with passion. Aging holds a special place in her heart, and she works with particular joy alongside clients in their 80s and beyond, firmly believing that the later chapters of life offer as much potential for purpose and discovery as any other. Annabe has developed her own innovative framework that integrates somatic coaching, yoga movement, and Solution-Focused practices, empowering clients to achieve clarity and make decisions with greater ease. She contributes as a writer for Scan@IFR at Stellenbosch Business School's Institute for Futures Research and provides pro bono mentoring annually. At the core of her work is a profound belief: every person is born with sufficient talent and strengths to lead a life filled with purpose, awe, and joy. Based in Hermanus, Annabe enjoys walking, SUPing, or cycling with her husband, often with a camera in hand, chocolate nearby, and at least one cat underfoot. For fun, she grandmothers four young boys. You can reach Annabe at atredoux@gmail.com
