Karen is deeply inspired to present Sage-ing workshops and retreats, as well as to facilitate Wisdom Circles. Her background in holistic health, and her career as a university lecturer have converged in a way that is both serendipitous and purposeful. Karen feels truly blessed to have discovered Sage-ing for her own life and is honored to share its bountiful gifts with others. As a Gerontologist, Holistic Health Practitioner, graduate of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute for Hypnotherapy, and HeartMath Certified Trainer, Karen is prepared and passionate about contributing to her community through education, holistic coaching, and supportive programming. Since 1994, she has facilitated workshops in Reiki certification, wellness, and healthy aging. Since 2013, she has taught various Gerontology and Public Health courses at California State University, Fullerton. Karen has also provided community education that advocated for older adults, through the Council on Aging, Southern California. Karen lives and works in Orange County, CA.
