Susan’s work with Sage-ing International began in 1996 when she heard and met Reb Zalman at a Conference in Minneapolis. She immediately began the CSL training as it resonated deeply with her life work and study. She holds a PHD in Gerontological Social Work. It has been her honor and joy to have presented many "Age-ing to Sage-ing" workshops over the years and has been involved with on-going Wisdom Circles for more than 30 years. Susan’s passion has been working in long-term care in Hawaii and Utah, hospice, and a Specialty Alzheimer's Center. She worked in a Domestic Violence Shelter for 6 years as a Clinical Trauma Therapist. It is her desire to continue conscious ageing work with Sage-ing International for many years to come. Susan lives in the beautiful red-rock country of St. George, Utah. She loves teaching, facilitating, and guiding such work wherever and whenever asked.
